Ghosts In The Machine

Ghost in the machine is a philosophical expression introduced by the Oxford philosopher Gilbert Ryle in his "The Concept of Mind" (1949), to indicate the René Descartes dualism between mind and body. This concept is here revisited in a contemporary key: the aim is to represent the crisis of identification of the individual, adrift in the multimedia universe.
